Dan, we didn’t receive an allocation award for the latest NMTC round as we didn’t apply. We’re still setting things up to allow for our application to be as attractive as possible.

I look forward to developing alongside and, hopefully, along with you, as I've seen Hillsdale as a lost gem since before moving here in '07. We're building businesses that will last and grow with a growing city - so long as it grows around the people - to make this a hub for not just education, but the character, developed talent, and grounded innovation the best school ever engenders. 4 generations of my family are now here, coming in from the coasts, as the value is already here so far as quality of life is concerned, and we're all #BullishOnHillsdale!

I'd love to share with you a vision I pitched at the college for the old Fayette-and-West Street Schoolhouse a few years ago for an educational craft shop supporting old house renovation arts and a coffee shop just to make it hip. Rich P liked it, but asked for a Michigan minute to see how it could be arranged, meaning it was nowhere in the budget - yet.
Also, if you've read this far, you may be interested in five major fiber optic loops that pass within a few miles of town, making us a natural point of presence for a server farm - especially one like https://rightforge.com/.
