Clearly, you are a man of vision and boldness. I admire that, and I believe that we have that much in common. That is precisely why I am reaching out to you--and am doing so at the 11th hour.

There is a historic property in question that is truly a treasure of Hillsdale proper, the county, and surrounding counties. It goes up for auction tomorrow at 1 pm. Our team envisions the restoration of this 105-year-old community treasure to its former glory, and the formation of an education and event center that we believe has the potential to change the nature of an entire industry.

Though I have seen the obvious effects you have had on downtown Hillsdale, I only just learned who you are. I'm not sure how I managed to miss that memo.

All that to say, had I known, I would have reached out to you earlier. But I am reaching out now, having seen your heart and desire concerning our town's history, growth, and future in these unstable times.

Our mission and vision are explained in detail at www.thehisp.com.

Our plans and ambitions do extend past what we have on the website and I would be happy to explain our long-term vision if you are interested.

My name is Josh. Please feel free to call me any time of the day or night at (260) 687-9139

P.S. Even if we never hear back from you. I want you to know I speak for my entire team when I say, thank you for your belief in this community. It is truly inspiring.
